Shipping & Returns


What is your processing time?

We make every effort to ship out orders fast and promptly.  Our processing times 2-3 business days.

How do I know when my order will ship?

When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email you used during checkout.


What if my order arrived damage?

We are very diligent to help anyone who has received an order damaged. Please email us at renovaskinhealth@gmail.com


How do I change my shipping address?

After your order is placed, you have 24 hours to contact us to change this address. If a new shipping fee applies, you will be required to pay the difference in order for your package to ship on time. Email us at  renovaskinhealth@gmail.com


What if I entered the wrong address and my package was sent back to you?

We know this can happen by mistake,  if we received your order back, you will be required to pay your shipping fee again via our website. And we will ship your order out again after the fee has been paid.


If you want to cancel the order after it has been returned to us, we will require a 50% restock fee. Meaning you will only get 50% of the order back. This does not include the shipping fee, because it was already used and paid to the Postal Carrier.


Can I cancel an order I have placed?

Absolutely, ALL orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after the date of purchase. This goes for any changes or modifications as well. After  the 24 hours, no order can be changed or canceled.


Delivered Order, But Lost 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at   1 (800) 275-8777  Renova Skin Health LLC does not hold responsibility for a package once it is shipped out from our store. We do not issue refunds for packages that states being delivered but not received.
